By registering for a Vendor account, listing your services, or submitting content to the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You represent and warrant that you are the business owner or an authorized agent of the business and have the full authority to enter into this Agreement. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and agree to notify itsmy.wedding immediately of any unauthorized use.
You acknowledge that itsmy.wedding may create a shell profile for your business based on user reviews.
By submitting Vendor Content, you grant itsmy.wedding a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license for platform promotion.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the Vendor Content.
itsmy.wedding is not liable for content misuse by third parties.
Vendors must not post false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content.
Vendors must not manipulate or incentivize reviews.
itsmy.wedding may remove violating reviews but is not obligated to do so.
Certain listings may require subscription payment.
All subscription payments to itsmy.wedding are non-refundable.
Itsmy.wedding is not a party to contracts between Vendors and Users.
itsmy.wedding may edit, block, or remove content anytime.
Accounts may be terminated for Agreement violations without refund.
Your identity may be disclosed for legal claims.
The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees.
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 6 months.
