itsmy.wedding is a Kerala-born wedding planning platform built for Indian couples and the vendors who serve them — photographers, caterers, mandap decorators, makeup artists, venues, and wedding planners across Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and beyond. We combine a couple-facing discovery and planning product (checklists, budgets, guest lists, digital invitations, vendor matchmaking) with a vendor-facing business operating system (CRM, calendar, GST-compliant invoices, quotations, reviews) so every wedding runs on a single source of truth rather than scattered WhatsApp threads and spreadsheet tabs.
We are a small, technical team working directly with founder leadership. Every vendor we onboard we know by name; every couple we serve we hear from personally. If you prefer the clarity and speed of an early-stage company over the politics and procedure of a mature one, you'll feel at home here. We ship frequently, we admit mistakes quickly, and we measure success by whether vendors are actually booking more weddings because of us.

The Vendor Partnership Manager role is primarily field + hybrid. A typical week: 2–3 in-person vendor meetings (photographers' studios, catering kitchens, venue walk-throughs in your assigned district), plus remote time spent onboarding, answering vendor questions on WhatsApp, and helping first-timers complete their profile and first quotation.
You own your district end-to-end: prospecting, onboarding, training, retention. Compensation is commission on activated vendors plus bonuses on premium-tier upgrades. Top performers manage 60–100 vendors after their first quarter and earn meaningfully more than a fixed-salary equivalent. We pay commissions monthly, with no clawback windows on vendors who stay active.
The role suits someone who enjoys the wedding industry, genuinely likes small business owners, and isn't afraid to walk into a photographer's studio unannounced on a Tuesday afternoon. It does not suit someone who wants a predictable 9-to-5 at a corporate desk. We're honest about that so the right people self-select in.
