How to Request Deletion:
- Send an email from the address associated with your itsmy.wedding account to our support team at:
privacy@itsmy.wedding - Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please state that you wish to delete your account. No reason is required.
What Happens Next:
- We will send a confirmation email to you to verify your request.
- Once confirmed, we will begin the deletion process, which can take up to 30 days to complete.
- This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
