1.1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to all visitors and registered users of the Platform. Your access and use of the Platform is solely at the discretion of itsmy.wedding.

1.2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and fully abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in compliance with all applicable laws.

1.3. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform. Itsmy.wedding may terminate your use of the Platform, in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, at any time, without warning or notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

2.1. Accurate Information

You agree to provide and maintain accurate and truthful registration and profile information.

2.2. Password Control

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities and transactions that occur under your account. You agree to notify itsmy.wedding immediately of any suspected unauthorized use. You acknowledge that security breaches beyond our standard security controls are at your sole risk.

2.3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
• Post or transmit any abusive, hateful, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Harass, stalk, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including vendors or other users.

3.1. Ownership and License

You must only upload, submit, or embed content (text, photos, and videos) that you own the copyright to or for which you have the legal right to publish. By submitting content, you grant itsmy.wedding a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sub licensable license to use, publish, and display that content in connection with the Platform and its promotion.

3.2. Content Standards

Any content you post must comply with content standards set out in this Agreement. Itsmy.wedding reserves the right to remove any material or posting you make if, in our opinion, such material violates these standards.

3.3. Liability for Content

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any materials posted by you. We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for your content.

4.1. Platform Role

Itsmy.wedding is an information and listing service connecting users with third-party vendors. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, qualifications, or services of any Vendor.

4.2. Booking and Contracts

Any service contracts, agreements, or payments for services (e.g., photography, catering, venue booking) are strictly between You and the Vendor. Itsmy.wedding is not a party to these agreements.

4.3. Refunds and Cancellations (Vendor Services)

All refund, cancellation, and service-related claims for booked vendor services must be directed to the respective Vendor and are governed exclusively by that Vendor's policies and contract terms. Itsmy.wedding disclaims all liability arising from a Vendor's performance or breach of contract.

5.1. Review Integrity

You agree to write honest, fact-based reviews only for vendors you have genuinely engaged for services.

5.2. Prohibited Review Conduct

You must not use the review system to:

• Solicit money, compensation, or any undue benefit from a vendor.
• Post reviews that are false, malicious, or fabricated.
• Use abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language.

5.3. Review Verification and Removal

• Itsmy.wedding reserves the right to request proof of service (e.g., invoices, chat logs) to verify a disputed review.
• Itsmy.wedding reserves the right to edit, mask, or remove any review that violates these policies.
• You may request a review deletion, but itsmy.wedding will only grant such requests at its sole discretion.

6.1. Platform Products

Purchases made directly through itsmy.wedding (e.g., e-invites, premium membership features) are subject to specific terms presented at the point of sale.

6.2. Non-Refundable Policy (Platform Purchases)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all purchases for itsmy.wedding products or services are non-refundable.
